Underneath the ugliness,
I was lucky enough to spend some time in our gardens today while it was sunny and in the 60s. Lookie the treasures I found underneath all that matted mess!
That’s the best part about Spring,
it always gives you signs of hope, signs that all your hard work is going to pay off.
That is exactly what my yard looks like; exactly the kind of work I have been doing there (well, mostly my husband): clearly away and discovering new life. I love the changing of the seasons!
Such pretty flowers! I can’t wait for my husbands to start coming in.
Gardens always give me ideas for color combinations. I know yellow and white is classic and simple, but really, how pretty! Can’t wait to see what comes up next!
So pretty! I love spring flowers.
How beautiful. Mine are up but no blooms yet. Now tomorrow we are in for a mixed bag of weather and snow Sunday. I won’t see blooms if it freezes. I want Spring.
Bulbs peeking out is always a sign of renewed hope! I love crocus!
