Thank goodness it’s Friday. That means it’s time to take a moment to appreciate the big things and the small things I’m thankful for from the past week.
1. I am thankful there’s only 1.2 weeks left in the semester.
2. I am thankful for advice from a design professional on getting my design portfolio work ready.
3. I am thankful for the 2-3 warm and sunny days we had this week. There’s hope in our forecast for more warm and sunny days.
4. I am thankful to see buds on the trees, finally.
5. I am thankful for a shopping excursion to the thrift store, where I found a cute skirt and top for $6 each.
6. I am thankful for stationery orders.
7. I am thankful for the new issue of one of my favorite magazines, chock full of stationery inspiration, business tips, typography and illustration.
8. I am thankful for a new book full of more inspiration.
9. I am thankful for carrots and hummus for an afternoon snack.
10. I am thankful for monster cookies from the Amish farmers at the market.

I haven’t been online in a long time..I think over a year..but am slowly making my way back and decided to pop in here to see what you have been doing. I am in love with your new stationary products and need to purchase some of the bleeding heart notecards since that is my favorite plant. You’ve done so much since I’ve last been by your blog I’m impressed!
P.S. I really like your Artemis branding project. I could really use some of those products right now I wish it were real!

Did you have a baby? I had a lot of fun with that Artemis project. It was quite a challenge for me at first, so it’s nice to hear I made it believable and desirable to others. I hope I get to do more branding projects like that in my future career 😉
It’s Saturday….I’m behind yet again. I am thankful we have not had any snow! I am thankful our tree is blooming, and the weather is allowing the flowers to stay on for a little while. I’m thankful a lot of my plants that I planted last summer came back this spring. I haven’t killed them yet! LOL. I’m thankful we get to go see Wicked tomorrow. I’m thankful for Elsa having lots of friends….3 birthday parties and 2 sleepovers this weekend. Whew!
