One of my latest favorite sketchbooks prompts for the year is to use my weekly bouquet of fresh-cut flowers for inspiration.

These pages were inspired by pom daisies and carnations from a recent bouquet, surrounded by lots of the vines and flourishes I love to draw.

I’m hoping to fill up more sketchbook pages this year with more flowers, flourishes, bouquets, critters and creatures, faces and who knows what else will reveal itself.
