I won a giveaway recently from Lisa of A Spoonful of Sugar. (thank you, Lisa!) It was a gift certificate to the Ladybug Quilt Shop, which is stocked full of beautiful fabrics. It took me almost two weeks to decide what to get! I ended up choosing two packs of Pure charm squares, and a stack of these whimsical Be Merry fabrics. (charm square packs include 40 – 5″ fabric squares)
I also splurged on a few more charm square packs from fabric collections I love but have tried hard to resist. I might have a new favorite designer here. I’m hoping to use these to make Christmas gifts for friends and family.
I’m in the process of re-organizing my stash, so I didn’t want to add more fabric to the piles. I now have a drawer dedicated to charm squares, where I like to keep pattern ideas too. The drawer is just about full now, so I cannot order more. (but I probably will anyway!)

Oh wow! How fun! It always takes me FOREVER to use gift cards because I have to hmm and hawww over EVERYTHING, and change my mind a million times! Now if I could just win the lottery or something, then I could just buy it ALL and not have to worry about it! 🙂

Great fabric haul! I love the Pure line but only have a sampler charm pack of it. It’s too cute to use.

I know how you feel about not buying anymore, then they come up with fabric designs we just can’t live without. I have those charm packs and then to top it off our quilt shop gets the full line of the fabrics in also, you no to go with the charm packs. You know we have to have some yardage then. So I end up with way to much fabric. I love Bliss, Fandango, and Pure. I have no idea what to make with any of it.

drool! those are beautiful fabrics and I’ve recently acquired some here and there as well…but no idea what to do with it all. It just makes me happy to see the pretty patterns and colors 🙂
Great charm packs. I know what you mean Kate Spain makes some fun fabrics. I like charm packs because you get a little taste of all the fabrics in the line. Have fun creating!

What great choices you made! Those are all lovely… and there is no such thinas having too much stash…. you realy need to buy more… you just never know what might come up… I can’t think of something right now, but something could come up that would eliminate our ability to get such great fabrics …
Gorgeous fabrics Terri, I’m loving those snowmen and I’ve had my eye on 12 days of Christmas, Bliss and Fandango and Pure as well. They are such hard ones to resist. Can’t wait to see what you make with them.
